I absolutely loved photographing this gorgeous family of three.  For starters, they showed up a few minutes early ready to rock and roll!  (That’s always a huge plus in a photographer’s mind.)  Little Gordon is just one year older than my daughter which gave me a great insight into what my future holds.  I absolutely love photographing kids at this age.  Everything is so much fun and so new to them.  We quickly had them jump into a few poses which were taken to the next level of cuteness by Gordon smiling, laughing, stealing their noses, and being downright cute! For the rest of their quick session they walked down to the water and skipped rocks!  Perfect ending to a great photography session!  I love being a family photographer.

Hey Everyone!  If you’ve checked out our Facebook page lately, you’ll have seen these three beautiful ladies!  Mary, Madison and Heidi are all a part of Cheyenne Fountain Photography’s high school senior model program this year.  Heidi and Mary are future 2016 graduates of Pickford High School and Madison is a future 2016 graduate of Sault High School.  One thing I am certain of after meeting up and spending the morning and mid-afternoon with these ladies– they are very intelligent and motivated!  High school seniors are some of my absolute favorite clients to photograph!  Each and everyone of them have different tastes, motivations, ambitions, goals, future outlook, style and vision for their pictures!  That’s part of why it’s so much fun to photograph them.  The other part of course is that they’re an absolute blast and actually enjoy getting their photo taken (95% of the time).

On Saturday I had the pleasure of meeting up with Marina and Brad for their engagement photos.  These two are so sweet and were willing to go with the flow after I had been locked out of my car at our first location.  They were completely laid back and up for anything which is really a dream to photograph.  Needless to say, after talking about their wedding, I am more than excited to photograph their big day for them in August!

Hi Everyone!  The photography studio in Pickford is finally starting to come together.  My family and I have worked countless hours getting everything cleaned up, semi-furnished (still working on this area), and ready to rock and roll!  I am so grateful for the family I have and the support behind me that I am going to offer families and couples the opportunity to have their photos taken in a mini session format on Saturday, May 16 at Rotary Park in the Sault.  As I have said before, I rarely do mini sessions due to the amount of work that goes into setting them up, editing hundreds of photos and trying to stay sane at home while chasing around a two year old (that’s what I spend 99% of my life doing when I’m not behind a camera). 😉  However, I am so beyond excited about starting up a studio and having such a great family behind me that I truly believe everyone should have a great photo on their wall or desk of their support system.  So if you’re interested in booking a family/couple mini session please fill out the form below and I will be in contact with you to set everything up! Hey there Everyone!  This year has been so exciting thus far.  I am knee deep in the process of opening up my first studio and so much more!  So, to keep the excitement rolling, I am going to be hosting High School Senior Mini Sessions on Thursday, June 12th at Sherman Park in Sault Ste.
